Williams is personally committed to the safety of everyone on the jobsite, and we work vigilantly to ensure that safety remains a priority for each of our workers. We enforce best practice safety procedures and strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines.
Each morning, we begin by reviewing the day’s upcoming work, identifying potential safety hazards, and coordinating proper safety procedures. On the jobsite, we empower our workers to maintain a “see something, say something” safety atmosphere that encourages workers to immediately correct issues. If a safety issue cannot be corrected immediately, the work will be stopped until a resolution is determined so work can progress safely.
